The Process we Follow

An introductory meeting is to get the project manager aligned with the client team. This meeting helps create synergies for working on a project to ensure its success

Our project manager will work with the client team and put together the project timelines, project milestones and activities, roles and responsibilities. This is done to ensure the uninterrupted flow of the other business operations and exigencies. In this planning phase, possible risks and hurdles are also discussed with the ways to mitigate them

The next step is the execution of the project. Our project manager guides and supervises the execution of activities such as programming, installation, testing, re-testing, and training. As the expert, it is the job of our project manager to ensure timely completion, with minimum hassle to the client, and within the decided budget.

The next part of the project is training the client's team. Our project manager is responsible for testing the system to ensure it is working optimally. This is followed by a comprehensive training session for the client's team on usage, upkeep, and proper maintenance.

Our project management never ends. Even post installation, testing, and training, our service team provides support to ensure maximum run-time and minimum downtime for the new systems

We also provide ‘on demand’ project management, if the client’s internal project team or the IT team so desires. We help with project management methods, elevated flexibility, and optimal processes that help reduce costs.
